  1. Rathi Steel Yard owns and runs this program. Rathi Steel Yard reserves all rights to change, pause, or end the program at any time, for any reason, without needing to give notice.
  2. All redemption happens through the Rathi Steel Yard team only. Points and rewards are not self-service — a member of our team must check your balance and hand over your reward in-store.
  3. You will be notified of your points on WhatsApp each time points are added to your account.
  4. Points have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  5. Points are earned only on purchases made directly through Rathi Steel Yard, Basni, Jodhpur.
  6. The earn rate, reward list, and point thresholds shown on this page can change at any time without notice. The rules in force at Rathi Steel Yard on the day of your purchase or redemption are the ones that apply.
  7. Points expire after 6 months if there is no new purchase on your account.
